| Advanced Coherent Technologies, LLC (ACT) was set up in San Diego, California to provide support to government and commercial agencies working in technologies relating to remote sensing. Taking advantage of its location next to SPAWAR, it's excellent contacts within the NAVY and remote sensing communities, and its status as a small woman-owned business, ACT has grown in the last few years from sole proprietorship with one or two small contracts to a well organized LLC with multiple NAVY and industry contracts.

| To demonstrate the utility of low-cost, multi-channel imagers and to provide systems and survey capabilities for military and commercial use. We expect that in 5 years ACT and our partners will become a leading provider of small, electro-optical (EO) systems for military, commercial, and civil applications.
|
| To design, develop, and exploit low cost, multi-channel imaging systems that are capable of efficiently collecting high-end imagery and producing real-time, high-quality data products suitable for military, commercial, and civil use. |
| ACT has extensive experience and expertise in environmental and electro-optical remote sensing. We have participated in nearly every DoD spectral remote sensing program throughout the last two decades. This wealth of experience provides guidance as we pursue the development and deployment of our systems. |
| ACT personnel have decades of experience designing and implementing electro-optical systems for Navy projects. This experience has led us directly to the creation of an optimized system capable of meeting specific military applications.
|
| ACT’s professionals have enhanced the design, development, testing, and deployment of a series of low cost, low volume, Multi-Channel Imager (MCI) systems. These systems are tailored at the component and algorithm level to provide data products for specific applications. Applications range from polarization research to the detection and tracking of marine mammals. Additionally, search and rescue, mine and explosive detection (IED’s), coastal storm assessment, and crop monitoring and evaluation are all viable missions.
